Job Description
We are looking for an experienced BI / Data Analytics professional to lead the BI analysts team, develop the user layer of the data warehouse, and minimize duplication of reports and metrics. The position requires both technical depth and strong communication skills.
Requirements
- Lead the BI analysts team
- Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders
- Own and develop the user layer of the data warehouse
- Minimize duplication of reports and metrics
- Organize and manage the process of accepting requests for reports and analytics
- Monitor the quality and stability of reporting
- Experience in BI / analytics / data warehouse from 5 years
- Understanding of data warehouse and marts architecture
- Strong SQL skills
- Ability to structure and communicate with business stakeholders
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI / Tableau / Looker Studio / Qlik
- Experience in maintaining metric and report catalogs, requirement management tools, and backlog processes
- Good level of English (Intermediate or higher)
