Job Description
We are building the next-generation sim racing experience from the ground up and looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will provide hands-on technical expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable backend systems.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Backend Engineer in a production environment
- Strong experience building backend systems in Go
- Strong experience working with relational databases
- Strong understanding of system reliability, performance optimization, and debugging
- Experience designing and operating distributed or microservice-based systems
- Experience designing and consuming RESTful or RPC-based APIs
- Experience running services in cloud environments
- Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams
- Experience with collaborative Git-based workflows
- Clear and thoughtful communication skills in English
