Job Description
Join Reno Orthopedic Center as an Advanced Practice Provider for our Pre-Anesthesia Surgical Screening (PASS) Clinic. Review charts, labs, imaging, and consults to determine surgical readiness and clear patients for anesthesia. Work closely with anesthesia providers to ensure safe and optimal care. Assist CMA Pre-Admit Technicians with pre-admission tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Active Nevada professional license with no license restrictions (PA-C or APRN). Nurse Practitioners must be certified to see patients of all ages (FNP).
- One year of experience performing pre-operative evaluations or anesthesia clearance, including reviewing diagnostics, assessing surgical readiness, coordinating specialty clearances and supporting pre-admission workflows.
