Requirements

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) or Assessment-Based Records in Order Entry certification
• High school diploma/GED
• Knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA regulations/procedures
• Customer service principles and practices
