Job Description
Join Reno Orthopedic Center as an OR Orderly and contribute to exceptional patient care. Assist with patient transfers, ensure operating rooms are spotless and organized, and scrub into total joint surgeries. We prioritize work-life balance and value kindness, respect, and compassion in our team-oriented environment.
Requirements
- Assist in transferring patients from bed to stretcher, stretcher to OR table, etc.
- Assist with Operating Room turnovers including sweeping, mopping, dusting, disinfecting and gathering linens and other surgical equipment;
- Scrub into total joint surgeries and hold limbs as needed;
- Ensure OR is properly stocked with materials and equipment;
- Ensure equipment rooms are organized and stocked;
- Assist central sterile processing
