Requirements
- 7+ years of experience shipping data-intensive B2B SaaS, with 2+ years in a Lead or Manager role
- Deep experience with Ruby on Rails, Sidekiq, and modern React/Tailwind frontends
- Proficiency with data storage patterns and an understanding of data ingestion workflows
- Ability to bridge the gap between technical engineering and product vision
