Grounds Maintenance Operative

We are seeking a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team in Bristol. The role involves carrying out grounds maintenance activities on a static site, including grass cutting, shrub pruning, and litter picking. The ideal candidate will have experience working within a similar role and a passion for horticulture.

Requirements

• Full UK drivers licence
• Garden maintenance experience is essential
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work as part of a team
• Plant knowledge would be advantageous
• Qualification in Horticulture is desirable but is not essential
