Requirements

• Assist in overseeing the overall procurement and sourcing activities of the organization
• Lead supplier sourcing, evaluation, and negotiation of pricing, contracts, and service agreements
• Monitor supplier performance, delivery timelines, and product/service quality
• Support the development and implementation of procurement strategies and cost-saving initiatives
• Review and approve purchase requests and purchase orders
• Coordinate closely with Operations, Finance, Warehouse, and other departments
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with key vendors and identify potential new suppliers
• Ensure procurement processes comply with company policies, internal controls, and audit requirements
• Analyze procurement data, monitor spending trends, and prepare reports for management review
• Assist in managing inventory control and ensuring adequate stock levels for operational continuity
• Supervise and provide guidance to purchasing staff
• Support risk management by ensuring supplier reliability, contract compliance, and contingency sourcing
