Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to join our team in Acacia Ridge, Brisbane on a full-time permanent basis, utilising your previous customer service experience to build customer relationships and provide support to national and key clients.
Requirements
- Previous working experience in a similar role (customer service/administration/account management)
- High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Intermediate computer skills
- Complaint handling and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and work autonomously
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
