Job Description
This position is for an Operations Excellence Manager within the Initial Hygiene team in Australia, focusing on improving staff resource management and productivity. The role involves operational improvement, leadership, innovation, training, compliance, and cultural change. The manager will be responsible for reviewing existing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and leading the trial and deployment of new models.
Requirements
- A business qualification (degree or diploma) or relevant experience in delivering scaled business.
- At least 5 years of experience in a business leadership role with profit and loss accountability.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large teams and remote people management.
- Proven track record of problem-solving and delivering solutions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must deliver results, be commercially minded, coach and develop people, and demonstrate leadership.
