The Operations Executive is responsible for managing the daily operations of the pest control service provider, Rentokil PCI. The role involves overseeing the work of technicians, ensuring service quality and customer retention, and implementing operational processes and procedures.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Chemistry, Zoology, or Agriculture
• Prior experience in operations of pest management or service industry is desirable
• Proficient in use of computer applications & systems with Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team
• Proactive planning and organizational skills
