Operations Manager

Rentokil Terminix is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and develop a team of service technicians, achieve sales and revenue goals, and ensure exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required)
• 3-5 years in a management role with emphasis in customer service
• Pest control management experience required
• Success in training, mentoring and coaching service professionals
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
