Job Description
Rentokil PCI is seeking a Service Planner to join their team in Puducherry, India. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and managing technicians to maximize profitability and productivity.
Requirements
- To know and develop proficiency in handling internal company software platforms
- Good knowledge of the branch territory
- Maximise Service Companion usage for all service deliveries
- Organise and plan service requirements on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Ensure service documentation and customer feedback are followed up with actions
- Enter accurate consumption data and TOS in the SCP
- Coordinate with the IT team for new users, device issues, etc.
- Support business transition from paper-based to system and digital-based planning
- Review service reports and provide compliance updates daily
- Monitor technician service productivity and efficiency related KPIs
