
Job description
As a member of the US Business Development team, you will be responsible for selling Rentschler's portfolio of development and manufacturing services to biotech and pharmaceutical companies to contribute to the company's market share growth.
Identify and develop new business opportunities, convey Rentschler's value proposition, solicit requests for proposals, drive the sales process, and develop a territory sales plan to achieve annual sales targets.
Strong sales/business development performance, established network within the biopharmaceutical sector, and willingness to travel approximately 25-40% (international and domestic).
