Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

RentSpree is the nation's leading home rental software, looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to build and lead their financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. The role will partner closely with the CFO, Controller, and department leaders to inform key decisions and optimize financial performance.

Requirements

• 6-10+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related fields
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and strong modeling ability
• Familiarity with financial systems and BI tools
• Ability to read and write SQL for BI inquiries
• Strong grasp of SaaS metrics, unit economics, and financial levers that drive growth
• Excellent communicator who can present financial insights to both finance and non-finance audiences
• Highly collaborative partner who builds trust across the business
• Proactive problem solver with a solutions-first mindset
• Comfortable working independently in a dynamic, entrepreneurial setting
• Low-ego, versatile and adaptable, and eager to contribute across levels and functions
