Manager of Quality Assurance

Rentvine is looking for a QA Manager to own and evolve their quality assurance function. This role will be responsible for ensuring consistent, high-quality releases across the platform while helping establish scalable QA processes as they grow.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in software QA
• Experience working on SaaS or web-based applications
• Deep understanding and experience with APIs and test automation tools and measurements
• Strong understanding of QA processes and testing methodologies
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Product and Engineering
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning outcomes
• Experience partnering with DevOps on test environment automation, CI/CD integration, and data management
• Familiarity with TDD, feature flags, and modern development practices
