We are seeking an Account Manager Team Lead to join our team in Berlin. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of B2B SaaS customer success and account management, with a proven ability to engage directly with clients.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS customer success and account management
- Proven success in scaling operations and leading teams
- Technical background, e.g. industrial-engineering
- Previous experience in the startup ecosystem or high-growth environments
- Excellent English communication skills (C2)
- Native or C2 German required; proficiency in French or Italian is a plus
