Legal Counsel (m/w/d) in Teilzeit

We are looking for a Legal Counsel to join our team in Hamburg or remotely. As a Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for contract management, legal evaluation, and advice on strategic and operational decisions. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining a company-wide legal register and identifying legal risks.

Requirements

• Successfully completed study of law, ideally with both state exams
• Relevant professional experience in a company of the free economy or in a law firm
• In-depth knowledge of contract law, labor law, and corporate law as well as basic knowledge of compliance management
