Job Description
Sterile Processing Manager position for experienced SPD Managers, Educators, and departmental leaders to lead customer trials and implementations nationwide, guiding teams through adoption, education, and workflow transformation.
Requirements
- 7+ years in Sterile Processing or OR environments, with leadership or education responsibilities
- Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- CRCST (or equivalent) strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success in staff education, workflow redesign, quality initiatives, accreditation readiness, or department leadership
