Replit is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager to drive retention, expansion, and customer success. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, customer success or enterprise account management experience in SaaS, and some technical background.
Serve as primary relationship owner for assigned customer portfolio, champion customer success, lead onboarding programs, guide customers through Replit's feature set, execute renewal processes, and maintain accurate customer health scores.
