Engagement Manager

Replicant is seeking an Engagement Manager to provide project engagement advisor services for customer deployments, build customer relationships, and manage deployment projects. The successful candidate will have 2-3 years of customer-facing project management or business consulting experience and technical fluency in AI and automation concepts.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of customer-facing project management or business consulting experience
• Demonstrated desire to work in a leveraged manner
• Technical fluency in AI and automation concepts
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to negotiate with customers and work under pressure
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (or equivalent)
• Ability to travel 25%
