
Job description
Repligen is seeking a highly skilled CNC Programmer/Machinist with 5+ years of experience in programming, setting up, and operating 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC machines. The role involves overseeing the full machining lifecycle, working with 3D models, and collaborating with Engineering and Shop Supervisor to improve processes.
Program, set up, and operate CNC machines, develop and optimize tool paths, perform machine setups, run production parts, conduct in-process inspections, and perform secondary operations such as polishing and metal finishing.
The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Mastercam, experience with 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC machines, and a strong attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency.
