CNC Programmer

Triumph Actuation Products and Services is seeking a CNC Programmer to join their team in Yakima, WA. The successful candidate will independently perform complex precision machining operations using CNC or manual controlled machine tools to produce components to exacting tolerances and dimensions.

Requirements

• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and engineering specifications to accurately set up CNC machines
• Develop, model, and verify cutting paths using CAM software and related verification tools to ensure safe and efficient machining
• Program CNC machines according to material requirements, tooling needs, and production specifications
• Adjust toolpaths, feeds, speeds, and machine settings to optimize cycle times while maintaining required quality standards
• Evaluate and select appropriate cutting tools based on material type, machining strategy, and production goals
• Manage personal workflow to meet programming deadlines, support production schedules, and minimize machine downtime
• Complete all required documentation, including program records, setup sheets, revisions, and process notes, in accordance with internal procedures
• Collaborate closely with Quality and Manufacturing Engineering teams to resolve issues, improve processes, and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, operators, and other shop personnel to gather data, clarify requirements, and ensure smooth production flow
