Job Description
Replo is seeking an Engineering Manager focused on product engineering. The role requires building and managing a team of engineers, leading product development, and collaborating with the co-founders to shape the AI platform's vision. The ideal candidate will own projects, drive innovation, and collaborate closely with founders in a fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on delivering impactful products.
Requirements
- CS degree (or equivalent)
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development
- 2+ years of tech lead/engineering management experience
- Experience leading projects on a cross-team or company-wide scale
- Experience with a code management tool like Cursor/Windsurf/GPT
- Experience shipping products in 0 -> 1 with real users and revenue
- Product and customer-focused mindset
- Comfortable with ambiguity and defining software architecture patterns
- Ability to read and understand code
