Job Description
As an Amazon Connect Lead / Senior Delivery Consultant, you will collaborate with Storm Reply resources and clients to derive, develop and deliver business and technology solutions using the latest AWS CX-oriented technology. You will work on delivering industry-leading work and participate in business development activities including client meetings, solution development, and proposal writing.
Requirements
- Current AWS Certification as Solution Architect - Associate or similar
- Three (3) years up to and including current hands-on experience implementing AWS-based solutions in client environments
- Demonstrated Amazon Connect solution design and engineering expertise
- Demonstrated DevSecOps experience on AWS with AWS and/or industry-standard tools including AWS CloudFormation and AWS Lambda
- Demonstrated work in Agile development environments, working knowledge of Scrum and Agile ceremonies
