Reproductive Freedom for All is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to support the Equity, Culture, and Talent Department. The role will involve administrative tasks, creating and implementing systems, and providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience supporting administration of infrastructure programs and executive operations
- Ability to create and maintain systems that promote organization, efficiency, and follow-through
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service-oriented approach
- Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively
- Experience with Google Suite and Microsoft Office
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy in preparing written documents
- Strong emotional intelligence and ability to work with Senior Leadership and Executives
