Independent Expenditures Director

Reproductive Freedom for All seeks a seasoned Independent Expenditure (IE) Director to lead the organization's multi-state IE program to advance political and electoral goals. The Director will manage multimillion-dollar budgets, direct message testing and creative development, and ensure full compliance with FEC and state regulations.

Requirements

• At least eight years of experience managing large-scale independent expenditure or campaign operations
• Demonstrated ability to manage multimillion-dollar paid communications programs across diverse media markets
• Experience with polling, research, paid media planning, and budget management
• Proven success in managing consultant and vendor relationships
• Strong strategic acumen and political judgment
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
• High emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills
• Proven ability and desire to work in collaboration with individuals with different life experiences
• Demonstrated commitment to protecting and expanding reproductive freedom, and to advancing equity, inclusion, and justice in all aspects of the work

Benefits

• Salary range: $110,000 - $150,000
