Job Description
The Senior Counsel - Procurement will provide legal guidance and support to the Renewables NA legal department in support of high-value sourcing, supply chain, and vendor-facing transactions, with particular emphasis on EPCA, OMA, TSA, and SMA. The position is based in Downtown Houston with a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
Requirements
- Juris Doctorate from ABA accredited law school
- A minimum of 7 years of experience of progressively responsible experience in commercial contracting
- Direct exposure to EPCA, OMA, TSA, and MSA structures in renewables energy
