Job Description
Reviews and enters accounts payable data, creates reports, and initiates corrective action as needed. Processes fiber Bill of Ladings, freight vendor invoices, and updates vendor information in database.
Requirements
- Specific knowledge of bookkeeping and general accounting methods and procedures
- Technically qualified in bookkeeping techniques and general accounting skills
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Dynamics SL
- Strong math skills and 10-key ability
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to sit and type/keyboard for long periods of time
