Diesel Technician Apprentice-Paid Training

The Diesel Technician Apprentice-Paid Training program at Republic Services provides a two-year paid training program for aspiring technicians to earn while they learn. The program includes nine weeks of company-paid training at the Republic Services Technical Institute in Dallas, Texas, followed by 22 months of on-the-job training and mentorship. The program covers technical skills, leadership development, life skills, and wellness.

Requirements

• Ability to work a flexible schedule to include some nights/weekends or holidays
• Willingness to uphold the values and expectations at Republic Services, including safety, ethics, and respect
• Must be willing to travel to & live in Dallas, Texas for 9 weeks of in-person training
