The Field Ops Lead is responsible for the execution of emergency response and environmental remediation projects in the field and at client sites/facilities. Ensures project work scopes are met in the field with adherence to health and safety standards and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Assists project manager in customer service-related work
- Supervise field work to ensure tasks are being performed safely, compliant, and accurate
- Work with intercompany purchasing agents to obtain pricing from suppliers/vendors
- Compile and organize job-related paperwork
- Work with subcontractors to schedule field work and obtain job submittals
- Become knowledgeable with company-owned materials and equipment
- Develop maintenance schedule for all division-owned equipment
- Escalates individual performance feedback, positive and negative, to the direct leader in a timely manner
