Job Description
Field Billing Coordinator-ES performs routine and non-routine complex billing functions to ensure accurate and timely bills to customers. Reviews invoices for completeness and accuracy, follows up with customers to resolve discrepancies, and researches and resolves billing questions and discrepancies.
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- 18 months of related billing experience
- MS Excel skills at an intermediate level
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures and instructions
- Good math aptitude and the ability to work accurately with numbers
