Job Description
The Fleet Maintenance Manager is responsible for the management of fleet equipment, managing a team of technicians, and ensuring that all repairs and maintenance are performed in compliance with safety and maintenance standards. The manager is also responsible for planning and scheduling repair work, monitoring shop performance, and implementing procedures for process or programmatic changes.
Requirements
- Provide direction to all technician levels, as well as the lead technicians, in the maintenance shop
- Oversee the planning and scheduling of all repair work
- Monitor the shop's operational performance and efficiency
- Report to management on shop performance
