Job Description
The Fleet Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for supervising a maintenance shop and ensuring that all repairs and maintenance work is performed in a safe, efficient, and timely manner.
Requirements
- Provide direction to technicians to ensure that all repair and maintenance work is performed in a safe, efficient, and timely manner.
- Monitor operational performance and efficiency and take action to redirect activities appropriately.
- Supervise technicians in maintenance shop, including conducting daily shop huddles, fleet walks, and coaching/counseling/training lead technicians and all technician levels on performance/corrective action, when necessary.
