Fleet Maintenance Supervisor

The Fleet Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for supervising a maintenance shop and ensuring that all repairs/maintenance to equipment are performed in compliance with Company safety and compliance standards, and with all federal and state regulations.

Requirements

• Provide direction to technicians
• Monitor operational performance and efficiency
• Report to management on performance
• Supervise technicians in maintenance shop
• Conduct Quality Control Inspections
• Oversee repair diagnostics
• Maintain advanced knowledge of engine and transmission systems
