Job Description
The Fleet Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for supervising a maintenance shop and supervising a technician team responsible for preventive maintenance/repair of a fleet, machinery, and equipment. The Fleet Maintenance Supervisor is also responsible for planning and scheduling repair work, monitoring operational performance, and reporting to management.
Requirements
- Provide direction to A, B and C level, and lead technicians
- Monitor operational performance and efficiency
- Report to management on performance
- Supervise technicians in maintenance shop
- Conduct Quality Control Inspections
- Oversee repair diagnostics on more complex matters
- Maintain advanced knowledge of engine, emission systems, transmission, brake, hydraulic and electrical systems
- Manage related administrative matters for team
