Job Description
The Fleet Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for supervising and providing direct leadership for technicians, managing work flow and assigning tasks. The position involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of employees in the maintenance shop, coordinating and supervising all maintenance work and repairs, and monitoring progress and quality.
Requirements
