Fleet Maintenance Supervisor

The Fleet Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for supervising a maintenance shop and ensuring that all repair and maintenance work is performed in a safe, efficient and timely manner.

Requirements

• Provide direction to technicians
• Monitor operational performance and efficiency
• Report to management on performance
• Supervise technicians
• Conduct daily shop huddles and fleet walks
• Coach and train technicians
• Make hiring and termination decisions
• Perform inspections of outside repairs
• Conduct Quality Control Inspections
• Oversee repair diagnostics
• Manage maintenance shop inventory control system
