Operations Supervisor Landfill

The Operations Supervisor – Landfill is responsible for supervising a team of employees to ensure efficient operation of the landfill, adherence to safety and environmental standards, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Understand and communicate safety goals and objectives
• Remove unsafe conditions or situations from the landfill
• Partner with the maintenance department to ensure equipment remains in working order
• Oversee safety and accident prevention programs
• Provide service to customers that meets or exceeds expectations
• Resolve service requests and schedule changes with timely communications
• Manage labor hours and disposal expenses per established plans
