Payroll Compliance Specialist is responsible for providing administrative support to the entire Payroll Compliance team by triaging all received Service Now tickets and managing the submissions for all employee detail related to the monthly health & welfare and pension payments.
Requirements
- Understanding of Collective Bargaining Agreement language and interpretation
- Strong organizational, communication and customer service skills
- Experience with payroll processing or benefits administration
- Experience with Service Now and or other customer service ticketing system
- Ability to maintain focus and attention to detail
- Intermediate to Advance level of Excel with emphasis on pivot tables, v/x look up, data queries
- Experience with DOL Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and Regular Rate of Pay calculation
- Knowledge of State and Local payroll laws
