Job Description
RER Solutions, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Business/System Support Analyst to support the development, enhancement, and ongoing operation of a DOE owned loan application and monitoring system.
Requirements
- US Citizenship is required
- A minimum of 3 years of related professional experience
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Application Support Analyst
- Experience gathering and documenting requirements for enterprise systems or financial applications
- Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and best practices
- Experience providing end-user system support in a production environment
- Ability to create clear documentation, process diagrams, and functional specifications
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience working directly with non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with loan application systems is preferred
- Experience with Jira is preferred
