Job Description
RER Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Site and Property Inspector to join their workforce in the Washington, DC area. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting on-site inspections of ground leased land and improvements to confirm compliance with terms of long-term ground leases.
Requirements
- Minimum of US Citizenship
- Experience with reading and interpreting surveys
- Experience with construction management software (e.g., Project, Procore, Yardi, Matrix)
- Experienced in working individually and as part of a team
- Ability to stay organized and poised within a complicated and rapidly evolving environment
- Analytical mindset with strong critical thinking skills
