Contrôleur de Gestion H/F

Reporting to the Financial Director of the group, you play a key role in driving the performance of the company, developing procedures, management tools, and financial forecasts.

Requirements

• Developing procedures and management tools
• Developing and implementing reporting tools for managers, operational staff, and the board.
• Designing monthly activity dashboards in accordance with the group's directives and operational needs in France.
• Ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
• Carrying out economic and financial analyses.
• Developing the medium-term plan.
• Participating in the construction of forecasts by integrating discrepancies and events from the period.
• Producing three-year financial forecasts, in line with strategic objectives.
• Collecting and validating data impacting company results.
• Analyzing monthly performance by identifying discrepancies between actual, budget, and objectives.
• Producing the monthly report for the group, within the set deadlines and standards.
• Writing summary notes on activity.
• Collecting, analyzing, and consolidating budget data from various departments.
• Preparing budgetary synthesis documents.
