The Manager, P&C Operational Excellence leads and develops a team of P&C Administrators responsible for delivering accurate, efficient, and employee-centered HR operational services across North and South America.

Requirements

• Lead and Develop the P&C Operations Team
• Drive team performance by enhancing processes, removing barriers, and enabling efficient, employee-centered service delivery
• Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure consistent service delivery and timely issue resolution
• Partner closely with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, Payroll, Accounting, and HRIS to improve end-to-end employee lifecycle processes
• Lead Operational Excellence and Transformation
• Drive HR Systems Optimization and Data Excellence
