Solar Field Engineer

Field Engineer I will perform accurate construction activity tracking, while maintaining safety and quality requirements at a project. This person will support multiple aspects of both engineer, procure, and construct (EPC) and balance of plant (BOP) projects in the utility and renewable energy sector.

Requirements

• Safety: Leads by example to show that safety is the most important function.
• Quality: Supports the development of project specific standard work instructions.
• Environmental: Reviews environmental plans and permits for compliance.
• Planning: Reviews and understands the schedule and budget constraints of the project.
• Operations: Supports the superintendents with daily tracking of time and production quantities.
• Client Relationship and Contract Management: Understands and adheres to client’s expectations.
• Safety: Follows safety and security procedures and determines appropriate action.
