Requirements
- Supports the development and execution of regional supply chain and procurement strategies aligned with business priorities and regional delivery plans.
- Provides North American input into global supply chain strategy presenting to Global and Regional leadership including supplier positioning, capacity planning, and market intelligence.
- Identifies regional supply chain risks, constraints, and opportunities, escalating where appropriate with recommended mitigation actions.
- Responsible for strategy to localize supply chain to optimize import tariff impact, working closely with RES North America Commercial Director to implement customer pricing import tariff strategy.
- Works closely with RES North America Commercial Director to determine proper inventory levels that strike a balance between spare parts lead times and working capital utilization.
- Supports consolidation of islanded Supply Chain activities in the central warehouse.
- Leads project and service-related procurement activities, including sourcing strategy development, tendering, bid evaluation, and contract award recommendations.
- Manages procurement of equipment, materials, spare parts, and third party services to support operational delivery.
- Ensures procurement activities comply with governance, delegation of authority, and internal control requirements.
- Partners with Legal and Commercial teams to support contract negotiations and commercial alignment.
- Works closely with global RES Services supply chain team to accurately implement import tariff governance.
- Regularly attends supplier meetings and audits to support onboarding and relationship management.
- Attends conferences, supplier events and when requested customer meetings.
- Utilizes existing relationships with OEMâs and Part Manufacturers.
- Manages relationships with key regional suppliers, ensuring performance against cost, quality, delivery, and service expectations.
- Supports performance management of suppliers through developing and measurement of KPIs, scorecards, and regular reviews.
- Works with internal stakeholders to resolve supplier performance issues and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensures regional alignment with any applicable global or master supply agreements.
- Collaborates closely with Operations and Commercial teams to ensure procurement plans support service delivery commitments and margin objectives.
- Supports cost modeling, budget development, and forecasting related to supply chain inputs.
- Contributes supply chain insights to commercial proposals, pricing assumptions, and operational planning.
- Develops, with support from Operations, and implements standardized Fleet, PPE and Equipment policies.
- Develops Warehouse and Supply Chain policies and processes that are scalable to North America service growth, leads and implements build out.
- Leverage co-location of Supply Warehouse to optimize existing processes including supplier performance loop, system build out and integration, to enable faster decision making and efficiency at local scale.
- Supports on site inventory at predetermined intervals.
- Applies standardized procurement and supply chain processes, ensuring consistency and audit readiness.
- Supports the capture, maintenance, and sharing of regional supply chain market intelligence.
- Identifies and drives process improvements to enhance efficiency, transparency, and cost effectiveness.
- Ensures compliance with RES policies, Code of Conduct, and procurement governance frameworks.
- Works together with RES Finance and Accounting to manage inventory levels and optimization of working capital.
- Develops process to measure savings including cost, opportunity cost.
- Attends work regularly and punctually, as scheduled or expected.
- Complies with Employee Handbook, Code of Conduct and Company Policies & Procedures.
- Acts as a role model for Health & Safety and ethical supplier engagement.
- Supports audits, internal reviews, and supplier assessments as required.
- Participates in crossâregional or global supply chain initiatives as requested.

- Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Economics, or related field is required.
- Masterâs Degree in Business, Engineering, or Finance preferred
- Professional Certification (ASCM, ISM, CIPS) preferred
- 7+ yearsâ experience in supply chain management and/or procurement required.
- 5+ years' experience in renewable energy, Onshore Wind, BESS and PV required.
- 5+ yearsâ experience leading a Procurement or Supply Chain team required.
- 2+ yearsâ experience working in a regional, matrixed organization preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of supply chain and procurement practices in North America in Onshore Wind, BESS and PV.
- Experience developing a localized procurement strategy and on-boarding of local suppliers
- Experience sourcing equipment, materials, spare parts, and/or services within energy, infrastructure, or industrial sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to manage suppliers and contracts in a matrixed, fast paced environment.
- Solid commercial acumen, with the ability to understand cost drivers, contractual risk, and value tradeâoffs.
- Demonstrated experience of presenting to senior leadership on market conditions and supply chain risk
- Experience working with reconditioning and repair of onshore wind components
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence across functions.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results.
- Experience maintaining operations to ISO accreditations.
- Functional competencies include prioritization, customer focus, business acumen, building strategic partnerships, and responsibility/stewardship.
