Job Description
We're looking for a Creative Strategist to develop revenue-generating ideas for our e-commerce company. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in DTC/e-commerce creative strategy, a portfolio of scaled ads, and strong copywriting and data literacy skills.
Requirements
- 3+ years of creative strategy experience in DTC/e-commerce
- Portfolio of ads you've created that scaled to significant spend
- Deep understanding of direct response principles
- Strong copywriting skillsâyou can write a hook that stops the scroll
- Data literacyâyou can read a dashboard and extract insights
- Experience briefing creative teams (video editors, designers)
- Understanding of Meta's ad ecosystem and creative best practices
