Job Description
Reschcor is seeking an Extrusion Technician to join their team in Bristol, IN. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the technical aspects of the extrusion process, troubleshooting issues, and driving down scrap. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, and experience in plastics is preferred but not required.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in plastics (not required)
- Proficient with basic arithmetic, algebra, statistical calculations, and metrology
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong ability to problem solve
- Technical knowledge of extrusion
- Demonstrated strong leadership skills
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience working within ERP system (IQMS)
- Able to read and interpret blueprints and engineering documents
- Lean manufacturing or six sigma experience (plus)
