We are seeking a Director, Market Research to lead projects and project teams, engage in business development and sales initiatives, and line manage multiple individuals. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in qualitative and quantitative custom primary market research projects, experience in the life sciences sector, and strong client engagement and relationship management skills.

- At least 7 years of experience with qualitative and quantitative custom primary market research projects
- Experience in the life sciences sector
- Strong client engagement and relationship management skills
- Experience driving revenue growth to meet business development goals
- Proven project supervision skills
- Appreciation of marketing/client-side issues, knowledge and understanding of client issues
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Experience with advanced analytics, SPSS, SAS, and/or Q is a plus
- Experience in qualitative market research methodologies, including advanced moderation techniques, and delivering actionable insights across diverse markets
