Job Description
We are recruiting a Healthcare Officer M/F in a CDI position at our Part Dieu Residence in Lyon, France. As a Healthcare Officer, you will support residents in their daily activities, manage a team of nurses and auxiliary workers, and ensure the quality of care. You will work in a remote position and have the opportunity to develop your skills with DECIMA, our training organization.
Requirements
- Holder of the State Diploma in Nursing and a Healthcare Management diploma
- Confirmed experience in managing a team of care unit
- Recognized for relational qualities, listening skills, and interest in social and human issues
